MosaicSF #016. Roger Silver, San Franciscan
MosaicSF is all about finding the colorful characters and stories that make up the kaleidoscope of San Francisco. This week’s guest epitomizes our mission. Roger Silver’s whole life has been a mosaic of intriguing events that somehow connect into one fascinating story – a story that could soon make the best-seller list when it’s published next year. From growing up down the street from Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio to writing songs for Santana and Journey, Roger Silver is a gold mine of San Francisco’s quirky nature. Dig in and see what we mean.

Hey, who the hell are you people? You finally found & discovered the “MAN”.. We call him the Genro, for one reason or another.. If you are incredibly smart you will find some spot for this extreme personality which should be heard & seen by all.. A very genuine human being, thank you , John Walczak..

Hi Roger,
Couldn’t resist writing to you! Happened across your site by accident and was blown away. You look happy and healthy. So am I. I have a beautiful son that just got married. We all live on the Peninsula. We lost Joe to cancer last September. I recently saw Vince O’Malley. He finally married again. Glad to see you so happy and I will buy your new book!
Love, Ande
